Remote working has become the new norm in many industries, offering employees the flexibility to work from anywhere and improve productivity. However, this shift to remote working has also brought its share of challenges. While remote working offers greater freedom and flexibility, it can also lead to feelings of isolation and lack of social interaction.

In this presentation, we'll explore the pros and cons of remote working and provide a personal perspective on the experience. We'll discuss the change in mindset that remote working requires, the implementation of fair and transparent salary structures, the challenges of non-linear communication and the policies that need to be in place to ensure good working conditions. We'll also look at how to organise get-togethers to foster team bonding.
